Terms and Conditions

Quotes and Prices

Prices shown on this site are in Nigerian naira and come from our published price list. Every price includes up to 2 print colours and free design. If your logo needs more colours, or you'd like more than 200 pieces, we'll quote that separately on WhatsApp. Delivery cost is confirmed separately with your quote. Prices may change from time to time, but once we've agreed a quote with you, we'll honour it for that order.

The Ordering Process

1. You choose a bag, size and quantity, and send us your logo or brand details.
2. We design your artwork for free and send you a mock-up.
3. You review and approve the mock-up.
4. Full payment is arranged.
5. We print and deliver your order.

Artwork Approval

Before you approve your mock-up, please check the spelling, phone numbers, colours and layout carefully. Once you approve a design, we print exactly what was approved — we're not responsible for errors that were present in the approved mock-up.

Your Responsibility for Artwork Rights

By sending us a logo, image or other artwork, you confirm that you own it or have permission to use it, and that using it on your packaging doesn't infringe anyone else's rights. We print what you send or approve in good faith and aren't responsible for checking the ownership of artwork you provide.

Payment

Payment is arranged after you approve your design mock-up. Full payment is required before we process your order — we don't begin production on a deposit or part-payment.

Turnaround Time

Orders are delivered 3–6 working days after you approve the artwork and payment is confirmed. This is our standard turnaround under normal circumstances; delays caused by things outside our control — for example, courier delays or supply issues — may extend this, and we'll let you know if that happens.

Colour and Print Variation

Screens display colour differently to print, so small differences between what you see on your phone or computer and the final printed bag are normal. Minor variation between print batches is also normal and isn't considered a fault.

Delivery

EveryNaira Print is based in Lagos and delivers across Nigeria and internationally. We can't give a blanket delivery cost, since it depends on your preferred courier service and the weight of your order — delivery cost is confirmed with your quote. Once your order has been delivered to the address you provided, risk in the goods passes to you.

Limitation of Liability

We aim to deliver every order as approved and on time. Where something goes wrong on our part, our liability is limited to putting it right — by reprinting, replacing the affected items, or refunding what you paid for them — in line with our Refund Policy. We're not liable for indirect losses, such as lost business or profits, arising from a delay or issue with your order.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.

Your Statutory Rights

Nothing in these terms affects your rights under Nigerian consumer protection law.
