Privacy Policy
Last updated: 18 October 2026
In short
We only collect what we need to prepare your quote and deliver your order — your name, business name, WhatsApp number and order details. We share this with WhatsApp (to message you) and, only with your consent, Google Analytics. We never sell your data. You can ask us to access, correct or delete your data at any time via WhatsApp.
Who We Are
EveryNaira Print prints branded packaging for small businesses in Nigeria. For anything to do with this policy, or to make a request about your personal data, message us on WhatsApp: +234 803 747 3373.
What We Collect and How
- Quote form details — name, business name, WhatsApp number, and the product, size, quantity and colour you select. This is only sent to us via WhatsApp when you tap “Send via WhatsApp” — until then, it stays in your browser and isn't sent anywhere.
- WhatsApp conversations — messages, order details and files you send us when you contact us on WhatsApp.
- Artwork and logos — any logo, image or brand file you send us so we can design and print your order.
- Analytics data — only with your consent, we use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use this site. See Cookies below.
- Technical data — basic logs our website host keeps to run and secure the site (for example, IP address and browser type).
Why We Use It (Our Lawful Basis)
Under the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023 (NDPA), we need a lawful basis for each use of your data:
- To prepare your quote and deliver your order — performance of a contract, or steps you ask us to take before entering one.
- To reply to your enquiries and messages — legitimate interest in responding to you, or your consent where you've chosen to message us.
- Analytics — consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
Who We Share It With
We share personal data only where it's needed to run the business:
- WhatsApp/Meta — to send and receive the messages you choose to send us.
- Our website host and Google Analytics — to run this site and, with consent, understand how it's used.
- Delivery partners — only the details needed to deliver your order, once you confirm it.
We never sell your personal data.
International Data Transfers
WhatsApp/Meta, our website host and Google may process data on servers outside Nigeria. These providers maintain their own safeguards for data transferred internationally (such as standard contractual clauses). Where the NDPA requires an adequate level of protection for such transfers, we rely on the safeguards these providers put in place.
How Long We Keep It
We keep personal data only as long as we need it:
- Order records — kept for 6 years, in line with standard business and tax record-keeping practice in Nigeria.
- Artwork and logos — kept so we can quickly reprint or adjust your design for repeat orders, unless you ask us to delete them sooner.
- WhatsApp messages — kept in line with WhatsApp's own settings on our device, unless you ask us to delete a conversation.
Your Rights Under the NDPA
Under the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023, you have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Correct inaccurate data
- Request deletion of your data
- Restrict or object to certain uses of your data
- Request your data in a portable format
- Withdraw consent at any time (for example, for analytics)
- Complain to the Nigeria Data Protection Commission (NDPC) if you believe we've mishandled your data
To make any of these requests, message us on WhatsApp: +234 803 747 3373. We'll respond as required under the NDPA.
Security
We take reasonable steps to protect the personal data we hold, including relying on WhatsApp's and our hosting provider's own security measures. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we don't ask for sensitive information — such as payment card details — through the quote form or WhatsApp.
Children
This service is for businesses and isn't directed at, or intended for use by, anyone under 18.
Cookies
This website currently doesn't use non-essential cookies. If we add Google Analytics in future, we'll only load analytics cookies with your consent, through a cookie banner on the site.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time — for example, if our use of data changes or the law requires it. The “last updated” date at the top of this page shows when it was last revised.
