Refund Policy

Last updated: 18 October 2026

In short

Because every order is custom printed with your approved design, we can't offer a refund once you've approved your artwork — production is likely to start right away. If there's a fault with the print quality itself, tell us within 3 days of delivery with photos on WhatsApp, and we'll put it right.

Custom Orders and Change of Mind

Every order is made to order, printed with the artwork you approve. Production is likely to begin as soon as you approve your design, so once you've approved your artwork, we can't offer a return or refund for change of mind — whether or not printing has physically started yet.

Production Faults

If there's a fault with the print itself — for example, the print differs from what you approved, bags are damaged, or the quantity delivered is wrong — tell us within 3 days of delivery, with photos, via WhatsApp. We'll reprint the affected items, replace them, or refund you for them, at our choice.

This doesn't cover small colour differences between your digital proof or screen and the printed result — these are a normal part of printing, not a fault, and aren't covered by a refund. See Colour and Print Variation in our Terms for more.

Errors in Approved Artwork

We print exactly what you approve in your design mock-up. If an error — such as a spelling mistake or wrong phone number — was present in the artwork you approved, we're not able to offer a reprint or refund for that error, since it wasn't a production fault.

Cancellations

You can cancel free of charge at any point before you approve your design. Once you approve your design, production is likely to begin immediately, so we can't guarantee cancellation after approval. If you need to cancel at that point, message us on WhatsApp straight away — we'll consider it case by case, depending on whether production has already started. Once printing has started, your order can no longer be cancelled.

Your Statutory Rights

Nothing in this policy affects your rights under Nigerian consumer protection law.
